THE TASK

Initially, our work with Shared Studios focused on creating opportunities to speak with university chancellors and programme directors with a view to placing the company’s portals at their institutions. This method evolved over time, allowing Shared Studios to pivot the education angle and expand outreach to cultural establishments such as museums and art galleries. Along the way, we invented the “step down” method, which allowed us to take a lead from one interaction to another without losing momentum.

THE OUTCOME

Our outreach campaign proved fruitful, with 60 out of 66 sales accepted leads coming from prestigious institutions such as Columbia University, New York University, and the University of Miami. When Shared Studios decided to shift focus to the enterprise market, we were quick to identify challenges and just as rapidly solve them.
