We were recommended to the client through our network. Without a dedicated sales team, the agency lacked the workforce for PR and couldn’t reach prospects/clients with its proposals. We proved the hypothesis to be accurate, as well as that navigating legacy systems and closing deals are a hard slog.
The client hypothesized that financial services, insurance, and retail companies would be ideal targets because these industries were reinventing themselves digitally on the back of technological disruption. Urbian lacked the necessary network contacts to access these sectors.
